WHAT IS THE JOB?
Modern Apprenticeships is the term used to describe candidates who are
working towards at least LEVEL 3 qualifications and have the opportunity
and enthusiasm to progress further within the industry. Modern apprentices
will be required to continue their training and education beyond the
initial qualification. Current apprentices may be converted to Modern
Apprentices where applicable.
Recruitment and Selection Process
Recruitment of apprentices traditionally
occurs between May and September although it can be at any time depending
on employers’ requirements. The completion of an application form
ensures potential recruits will be called for an aptitude test to check
their suitability for the industry. |
