An Abrasive Wheel is any power driven grinder or cutter made up of abrasive particles. (e.g.Angle grinder/cutter, Stihl saw, Bench grinder) Under current Regulations, anyone who fits a cutting or grinding disc or maintains an abrasive wheel MUST be trained in accordance with the Regulations. Description: A short course covering the main requirements of the Regulations. The programme is achieved by Powerpoint, video, discussion, demonstration and supervised participation by candidates. Duration: Half day programme AM or PM covering the types of Abrasive Wheel used by the candidates. Qualification: Successful completion will result in a certificate of training in accordance with Regulations.
