Abrasive Wheels Training Course

An Abrasive Wheel is any power driven grinder or cutter made up of abrasive particles.

(e.g. Angle grinder/cutter, Stihl saw, Bench grinder).


Under current Regulations, anyone who fits a cutting or grinding disc or maintains an abrasive wheel MUST be trained in accordance with the Regulations.

What do I receive?

Course Description


A short course covering the main requirements of the Regulations. The programme is achieved by Powerpoint, video, discussion, demonstration and supervised participation by candidates.


Course Duration


Half day programme AM or PM covering the types of Abrasive Wheel used by the candidates.


Qualification


Successful completion will result in a certificate of training in accordance with Regulations.
